Hello,

Warm welcome and thank you very much for expressing an interest in the Leeds Junior Knights. Our first trial is coming up on Sunday and we are looking forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.

If you could rsvp to the event, that would be great as it gives the coaches enough information to plan the session. I totally understand that some of you may feel uncomfortable that is is public knowledge that you are coming to the trial, if that is the case then just contact me directly and let us know you are coming.

You also need to buy a ticket for the event.

In order to prepare your player for the session, we would like to reassure them that this is going to be a training session, where we want to see them play hockey and have some fun doing the kind of drills that will make up the basis of our club.

The coaches on the ice will be head coach Mike Forbes, Seth Bennett and we will be joined by former GB U18, U20 international and Elite League winner Davey Lawrence who will be working with our goalies.

We will be making information available about training, membership and costs on Sunday through Teamapp and we will give individual feedback for every player that trials and what the club has to offer them.

We have been hard at work this week, working with the EIHA to make sure we are ready to start the new season. We have got a new logo and shirt designs are on the way. We also have been working with the Knights and Planet Ice to confirm our training ice for the coming year and been working on all the admin you need to do, to start a new club.
